Money Nut

I've decided to build a swimming pool!  It's a bit random but I've wanted one for years and I think I might actually be able afford it now.

I've looked into secured loans as a way of financing the project and I can actually get some really good deals, so I'm going to go ahead and get it built as soon as spring comes. 

Hopefully it'll be ready towards the end of summer and, with my new solar panels, it shouldn't prove too pricey to heat.
